Case study: Wilton carpet design matched to existing fabrics

Working closely with a leading North Yorkshire interior designer, Grosvenor Wilton were asked to create a tartan carpet for the study area of an impressive private residence. Working from a piece of fabric sent from the interior designer, our in-house design team created a new tartan design by copying the piece of fabric into our CAD system. Within a matter of days, a handtrial was produced and sent to the client and the design was approved within an instant. Once the carpet had been through the finishing and seaming process, it was installed in the study area and matched the design scheme brilliantly.
